Excellent quality, high quality for custom size holes.

My only complaint is that I wish the packaging was a little more durable to serve as a permanent storage container but that's no beef with the product itself. Very well machined and drilled a nice round hole as intended.

Not recommended: Forstner bit

Hello, I have to say that this set is not even close to what I expected from CMT. CMTs are fairly priced and up to our standard, even expensive tools, so it's very disappointing when you receive very poor quality tools. Extremely dull right out of the box, far from sharp, and even when properly sharpened, they quickly dull again. I've only seen inferior steel on very cheap woodworking tools from Eastern Europe (formerly Russia). I do not recommend. Thank you for reading this review, Regards…

I also used a 25mm bit to install the hinges in the front of the drawer, which slides out to reveal the electronics. These bits worked great in both hand drill applications. My only caveat is to be careful. I've used this with 1x2 boards (actually 1.75") around doors with raised panels. I had to be extremely careful when drilling the holes to avoid breaking the raised panel in the door frame. The 35mm drill
