Tried this tool on some Mahogany and worked almost as expected. It left a fairly flat bottom, smooth sides, and a graceful transition. The only problem (and this is just a nitpick) is that it's quite small and it takes a long time to mill even a relatively small tablet.
Very good cutter. After a short time with this nozzle, the bearing jammed and ruined a piece of wood. Company contacted and very well looked after. The bearing was quickly exchanged. The carbide cutter cuts oak very well. No problem.
I used it to make some rounded finger grooves on the end of a cutting board. I like the rounded tip for this because it leaves a rounded profile that is easier to sharpen and clean. Camp is also great for following the pattern. this would be a great piece for making stencil shells.
