Ok but a few questions

I wanted something thin and light for travel but with more features than a tablet. Thin and light, that's for sure. Problems: I still couldn't get it out of S mode, and I prefer Chrome Edge, which I definitely want to use. It tends not to answer. It's slow and freezes. Now I have to tell you that I am an elderly person and there may be some issues between the chair and the keyboard. So once I've gotten familiar with it, I'll edit and update the issues. It's so slow: Computers and tablets

I like the look of this laptop, the screen is nice and crisp and the body of the laptop looks like it's 3D printed and not like brushed metal. thought it would be (not a big problem honestly) but it doesn't make up for how laggy and slow it is. You cannot add more RAM and the SSD is low quality but can be replaced. Opening programs etc. takes a long time. Happy just a few hiccups

So here's my 2 cents, all in all I spent less than 24 hours. This is a beautiful laptop, but you get what you pay for. Initially, I had a problem disabling S mode, which is similar to safe mode for kids. I couldn't download Chrome or Netflix (anything). So I spent at least three hours on the phone with Microsoft technical support. The laptop was also very slow. The reason I still give it stars is because even though the seller screwed up by not having updated the software so far, Microsoft tech
