This is a good price. Petsmart charged ridiculous prices for truly artificial plants. This one (right) came with loose leaves. I had to reset them. It worked, but this one isn't my favorite. The 16 inch Java fern is on the left from the same company and I love it. I have a 45 gallon tank and it just fits better.

I can't imagine it being good for the fish because I'm sure it will rust. I read in some reviews that the plant caught fish or scraped the scales because of its thickness or sharpness. I will not risk my fish.

Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Delivery was quick, well packaged and undamaged. And that's where the positives end. I opened the package and the smell was nauseating. I bought this to add some fullness to my 20 gallon tank. There is no way I am putting this in my tank, the chemicals that are causing this overpowering odor may not be good for my betta's health. The price of this decoration is great. It's big and looks great in an aquarium. I ended up removing it from my setup due to some personal issues I had with it. It may or may not bother you. This item is plastic as advertised and some of the tabs covering the wires have fallen off. Easy to fix but annoying. - This part is big. You only need one per 5 gallons high. I would recommend it for at least 10 gallons. There are just a lot of plants. Lots of plastic. There's nothing soft or floating about
