🐶 Latigo Leather Round Dog Collar - Coastal Circle T - 1" x 24 Review

This collar is exactly what I was looking for. Good thick leather. quality seam. The color looks great on my dog. The best part is that the turtleneck sits around his neck much better than the flat collar. He's a big boy, 114 pounds. but the collar fits with enough room.

This is our second collar of this type and brand. It's been holding up well on dog #1 for about a year now, so we bought it for dog #2. This type of collar doesn't wrinkle coated dogs. It even kept wet when they played in the water and didn't bleach their gray hair.

Beautiful collar, our dog looked very good. The quality is really good but didn't last long. After four months, the half ring and clasp came loose (see photo). We have a large dog, but he doesn't wear this collar in kindergarten and, to be honest, he sleeps most of the day.

This thing took 2 days! I don't know exactly what happened (my dogs usually play and wrestle with each other), but I noticed that my German Shepherd was no longer wearing a new collar. Then 2 days later I found the buckles next to the kennel! So don't hit the leather, my dogs seem to like it, but not for long!

I love the look of this collar and was so happy to put it on my dog but unfortunately she didn't like it. He didn't stop scratching it. it seemed that part of the seam was rough and irritating him. Needless to say, it was given in the hope that another puppy with a thicker coat would like it.

Service and delivery were great. However, when the collar arrived I found that the workmanship was very poor. The collar was not sewn to the end, the sharp end of the "filler" stuck out. Instead of paying another $10 and waiting for round-trip shipping, I took it to a local shoe shop and the person who works there made it right for me for $10. I was very disappointed because of the great reviews for this collar.

Appears to be well made but. My dog's neck circumference is about 17 inches. One review said the medium size would barely fit a 16" neck, so I went with the large (24") thinking I could use the smallest size. So I added a few holes to tighten it (19.5 inches). Keep up the good work. until he starts getting rowdy with our other dog. Even at this size, she can (and REALLY) get it out of him. I think I'll try on Wednesday.

I originally bought an 18-20 inch circumference that was reported to be 24 inches overall. This collar measured 20 inches in overall length as indicated on the tag attached to the collar. Since the last hole on the 1st collar was about 18" and I needed 19", I ordered this collar with a 24" circumference and it was too big. The collar marked 1 x 22" is 21-1/2" from where the buckle pivots to the last hole in the strap and 18-1/2" to the closest hole to the buckle. This coastal pet need to sort…
