The 4mm chain is well made and every link is welded, not just clamped. I really like the 4mm size as it spreads the tension on the line and doesn't act like a sling like small chains. My Dobie broke two smaller chains but I don't think he can break these.

Looks and feels like a quality necklace. I measured my dog and ordered a big enough chain for him, at least that's what I thought. I had to order 2 inches more than I thought to get the fit right (first chain fits, just snug). Best recommendations!

Nothing to say about this item. It works as intended and is undamaged as far as I know. Very sturdy and I'm sure our dog won't be breaking through this or anytime soon. It's a bit big for our german shepherd but ehhh still works and he's going to get even bigger since he was 6 months old.

I have used chain training collars on all my dogs and they meet my requirements: quality construction, adequate (large) link to prevent pinching to avoid and pulling/hair loss, and at a great price. When used correctly, there is no better way to get your dog's attention during training or to stay in control of a dog who wants to go ahead or fall behind their owner.
