Very slowly, very little. For a very small pool?

I needed something to help with my canister filter as I added a pre-filter. This is a very small, low-power, low-capacity pump. This slowed my canister pump to a trickle. Not recommended for a large tank. Might be useful in a small tank?

Pros
  • Max Flow 800L (210 gph) Max Head 1m (39")
Cons
  • Almost OK

No suction for water pumps

Easy connector to add water to my tank. The container stood on the ground and pumped water into a tank a few meters away. It didn't pump, although I had to suck it up a few times and lift the canister more. If you need power or don't want to suck on that hose a lot, then this product isn't for you!

Pros
  • Innovative impeller design can push or pull water
Cons
  • Upgrades

Works as expected: Aquarium pumps and filters

I received this pump as a vacuum to suck up debris from the bottom of the aquarium and bowl. It works as expected. It can be difficult to set up the pump to actually start pumping water, but once it's up and running it works well. I put a valve in front of the intake to control the intake as needed. I ran a hose from the pump into the sump to the filter sock to keep the water in the system but remove the debris. I do this because I only do water changes when absolutely necessary. For the money…

Pros
  • Unique quiet in-line pump that can be installed inside or outside
Cons
  • Available in white only
