The shaft on this brush is very strong and well made - it stretches way more than I need to get to the top of the house. The actual brush head was smaller than I expected and the one I received was a bit "squashed" in the shipping box. However, so far it has done the job I bought it for.

I rarely give 5 stars to a product but this one met and exceeded my expectations. I looked at many different poles to get my 2nd floor and up. This one was advertised as having a range of about 25 feet and met that spec. The handles are an added bonus. The brush is a bit small but works very well. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The stick is great, ready to use and versatile. The spider web piece comes in a tiny box that forms the fibers into a smeared mess that looks nothing like the photos and there's nothing you can do to untangle them again. We bought a spider rag with an extension for our outside porch to get rid of spiders and other pests. The stand is delivered assembled. You just need to screw on the boot head. The pole easily extends up to 20 feet. When the bar is extended to 20 feet, the metal bar itself remains as strong as if it were not extended. It is very durable and well made. The bristles of the cloth are very hard. We also bought a spray to apply to the head of a rag. We are VERY happy with this purchase.
