I rarely write reviews but wanted to warn people who are considering buying this MP3 player - it crashed a couple of times and died completely after only 2 months. Coby Customer Service requires a $6 money order for return shipping to qualify for warranty. If you add the shipping cost, it comes out to around $10-$12. I know it looks handy but it's cheap and you get what you pay for - can't turn the volume up high enough to be in the tone - plus only one Page headphones work a few days after you get them in the mail - you won't be able to enjoy them anyway - do yourself a favor, spend some extra money on something else - the hassle isn't worth the price

Pretty decent device. It's fairly easy to get the files onto a system using the included software. It is easy to use as the menus are simple. I only tried the video and radio parts as they can be some of the most difficult. The bad part is that fast-forwarding and rewinding a video is difficult because it doesn't always register that you've pressed the button, or it only registers for a moment. For $20 this couldn't be better. It was very easy to drag and drop files into it. It played music for me a few minutes after unpacking. The battery life is excellent. I've had it for about a week and haven't charged it yet! The sound quality is excellent if you have good headphones. The earbuds that come with them suck, but to be honest the earbuds that come with all MP3 players suck, even with expensive iPods. I have a nice set of Sennheiser in-ear headphones that sound really great with this…

I loved it when I got it. For less than $20, it had good sound, FM radio, and ease of use. Unfortunately, the screen broke after only two weeks. It lights up but doesn't show anything. This was Revain's first unsuccessful purchase. Like many other negative reviews I think you get what you pay for. Sent it back to Revain for a refund and will try the SanDisk Clip+ instead.

I teach first grade. Bought 10 of these players for hearing centers. Out of 10, 9 still work. Children aged 6-7 years deal with it every day. I used to use CD players.
