I'm afraid my hair will fall out like crazy. To my surprise it didn't shed at all after using it on the nuts but this was my first time using the brush so I'll be updating in about a month. I like it very much at the moment. EDIT: Still working fine, I haven't seen any visible failure.

When I bought my C5 Corvette I wanted to find a way to keep those little parts in the engine bay cleaned and that way. I've seen a handyman brush a dirty engine bay to make it look brand new. So I searched and found these. With this set of 5 different brush sizes, I can cover any area in the interior or engine compartment of my car.

Quality is so-so. Plastic handles are better than wooden handles. A couple of my brushes look like they've melted and are all frizzy and hard, I think that's what happens when they shrink the brush heads, I had to carefully remove the damaged bristles to keep them from scratching. It's ok for the price, but I've used better brushes in the past.

I gave these three stars because I didn't detail my car as much as I wanted and I only use it for internal purposes. I detailed my car's center console. and when i spray on the brush i didn't really pick up the liquid for me, the brushes were kinda like plastic but they clean the dust spots well but that's all for me but for someone else it might be great but it is not for me

Good reviews so I bought this to compare. On first use I noticed black paint coming off the bristles of my light yellow MF Towel and color and fragrance free All Purpose Cleaner. The towel is always dirty. Luckily it didn't get inside me anywhere. I used a different brush on my skin but used it dry to sweep up the seams/cracks with no problem. In any case, it is advisable to try out the color quickly before extensive use.

I used this product to clean the car model lettering and Porsche logo on and around the back of my car. Noticed new scratches. I examined the bristles more closely and found that they were just cheap plastic or similar material and contained no boar hair. For comparison, I have another boar comb that was more than double the price. It's much softer, thinner and less stiff. It seems pretty obvious that this isn't natural boar hair. But I don't buy them because of the hair quality. I own a parts store and use them all the time. They work wonders to remove dust and dirt from hard-to-reach places. Gives your car a truly finished look. The bristles are the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. I just got it yesterday and have used it a few times. I do the details and also run the paint shop so I can say with absolute certainty that they are FULLY synthetic and, despite the product description, contain NO natural bristles - at least not the ones I received.
