This is a great product!

This tape is designed to fix leaks and other RV problems. However, it can be used to seal anything that has a smooth surface. This material is incredibly strong. Be careful when applying because once it sticks to something, that's it, it sticks forever. I've been wrapping it around the air conditioner on the roof of my RV for a number of years and it's still holding up just as strong as the day I put it on.

which was otherwise perfect, 3) received very well

I used this to 'close' my canopy roll in the first 12 inches where most UV damage occurs. I laid out two slightly overlapping 6" wide strips. This allowed me to 1) seal the ugly tears and hide them from UV damage, 2) not spend $400 to replace the fabric, which was otherwise perfect, 3) achieve a very good factory like look and 4) protect the awning from UV damage damage while it is rolled up Works like a dream.

Disappointed after 2 weeks - shrunk and opened.

I really liked this tape at first - it seemed sticky like nothing happened. However, after 2 weeks I am very disappointed. The backing (the white plastic part of the tape) appears to have shrunk, causing the tape to stand out (especially in non-flat areas like corners). The area has been cleaned thoroughly with water and alcohol and is mostly sticky but the shrinkage has caused the lift - this is a big issue for me as my campervan roof may now be leaking. I don't even know what to do next. See…

WARNING: DOES NOT stick to silicone

Works well on "most" materials Does NOT include a silicone coated roof. I'm disappointed as they didn't emphasize this fact in the description. The packaging of the product itself mentions that silicone can be an issue. I would give them five stars depending on how well it adheres to other materials, but the lack of any mention of such a thing, especially given the prevalence of silicone, is a major disappointment to the seller. Basically I wasted $30 and when I had a leak that I had to deal…

Very sticky which could be a problem with the app

This stuff is sooooo sticky I couldn't believe it. This made application tricky in places because the "backing" wasn't sticky at all so I was constantly fiddling with the sticky surface. It was impossible to detach the stick itself when bent, resulting in some casualties. Once applied, it was impossible to get it right, so once applied, you "got stuck" for better or for worse. Difficult to cut with scissors, almost impossible, you have to deal with the fallen substrate and cut with a office…

I recommend! - Roofing

When laid on a perfectly clean, dry and relatively flat surface, it adheres quite well. The vertical angle on the wheel arch also worked surprisingly well. However, the horizontal angle on the roof does not look so good. Keep in mind it wasn't necessarily the cleanest surface. I ended up using OSI around the perimeter of the pieces, which didn't seem to stick either. It worked like a charm and there is no chance of a leak. It's really well made and just for a quick and reliable fix. I suggest…

Analog of EternaBond. My take on the differences.

I've used EternaBond a few times with good results. I chose the UBE425 because 25ft was enough - saved me some money. It's slightly thinner than EB but feels just as strong. As mentioned in another review, there was a connection midway through the reel. In my case it's not a problem, but a bit annoying. EB and UBE are demanding when it comes to working together. This is incredibly sticky tape, so make sure it doesn't touch where you don't want it. After you remove the backing, your fingers will

Sticks to almost anything!

I ordered this to cover the roof edges of my 2016 five wheel pop up doors to add an extra no leak guarantee. The sliding door canopy does not appear to be of the same quality as the main roof canopy. That stuff really sticks! It's also thick and feels durable and of good quality. I also used it to fix a spot on the main roof where my RV got into a fight with a branch. Only time will tell but I'm pretty sure it will prevent leaks in the places I've used it. If you own a camper or RV then you…
