It works, but be careful. in coffee, tea and espresso

It will keep your drink warm, but BE CAREFUL. For the first time I picked up my mug and touched the bottom, burning my fingers. it was boiling hot! I don't mean hot, I mean glue gun, hot glue, hot (if you know what I mean)! I have blisters on three of my fingers! Very dangerous for children as the heater itself is very hot. I used to have cup warmers but not that hot. It works, but be very careful

On a flat surface Very difficult to turn on the light when the mug is placed

Most likely they will return it as it is not stable with a heavy ceramic mug on it. I have another one and it works fine in the same spot on my computer so I know the surface is flat! Not as good as another model I own and when hot it SMELL!

I thought I would actually get the same one as before but in a different color. When I opened it, I immediately noticed that the shape and size were different. This one was bigger. After using it, I noticed that the "switch" mechanism that turns the warmer on when a mug is placed on it is different. I noticed that it is not as sensitive as my other device. Heating pad warms very well. My other warmer only keeps a full cup lukewarm and warms better with less liquid. However, it keeps a whole cup of coffee hot.
