Unseasoned and I assumed the inner bottom would be at least the size of a loaf of bread. The photo shows that everything is almost perfect. What I didn't "seen" is that the top rim is the size of a slice of bread and then gets smaller. So there isn't even an option to make a sandwich. I don't understand what is behind this design. Used in a fire pit for the first time tonight. I made delicious corned beef, cheese, and a thousand islands toast. Spread the outside of the bread with butter.
