Great camping stove at a great price!

So far, so good! Important. As with any cast iron, season before use! I followed the recommended instructions on the product website and baked in the oven at 250 degrees for an hour. Haven't taken this to camp yet, but I've tried it both on the stove and around the campfire and so far it works with a little practice. Tried fried cheese, potatoes and fruitcake. My favorite is two slices of bread (buttered on the outside) with apple butter and cinnamon on the inside. It makes a quick apple…

No sandwiches!

Unseasoned and I assumed the inner bottom would be at least the size of a loaf of bread. The photo shows that everything is almost perfect. What I didn't "seen" is that the top rim is the size of a slice of bread and then gets smaller. So there isn't even an option to make a sandwich. I don't understand what is behind this design. Serves as intended but has design flaws

Used in a fire pit for the first time tonight. I made delicious corned beef, cheese, and a thousand islands toast. Spread the outside of the bread with butter. Also used to warm up graham crackers and chocolate for s'mores as the innermost square turns out to be perfect for half a graham cracker! Yes, season yourself before use. And then!
