No packaging, no. Packaged in a soft Prime envelope with all required certification labels. I looked closely and saw no damage just a few small stains. Quality connections are above average. Weird way of selling something but it was reasonably priced and really lived up to the picture so can't complain.

I bought this for my outdoor Christmas lights. The outlet for the light is on the ceiling of my porch, so I have to wrap the cord around the pole and then onto the porch ceiling. The counter is white, as is the ceiling, so this white cord was the perfect color compared to the orange, red, and yellow you find at hardware stores.

This is a good product and works well. I bought this for a small house rental where I needed an outlet on the opposite side of the bathroom. I needed a waterproof cable. I need to get something that I can plug it into with more than one outlet and that is protected from electrocution if something falls into the water (sink, toilet) so I'll add something to that mix.

I would not recommend it for use with anything that draws a lot of electricity, especially outdoors. 16 gauge wire just isn't enough to carry a heavy load. I wouldn't use it for more than 10 amps. The thickness of the insulation does not withstand heavy use, especially outdoors. If something is listed for outdoor use, I assume it can be buried if necessary, but I certainly wouldn't attempt this extension. Also, it degrades too quickly when exposed to sunlight for too long throughout the day. It

options I've bought a new vacuum cleaner and had a short cord. My apartment is small, but I hated turning the vacuum on and off every time I was cleaning another room. I don't like using standard light weight extension cords for home appliances. I just don't feel safe with this so I bought this cord to use with my vacuum cleaner. This is perfect for what I need. I don't find it hard or difficult. I can easily wrap it around the cord holder of the vacuum cleaner.
