I like the way it allows multiple people to work on one file at once, which makes our workflow much smoother than before! It's easy enough so anyone can use this without having any prior experience with software development or technical skills required in general (though they do have some training available). I like best what this system can do - it's pretty much all about keeping track of tasks, projects, milestones, etc., in one place. There are some features missing (notifications/reminders), but overall, we're very happy with how well this works. We've been using it since 2013 without any issues. I like how easy it was to use, once we set up our teams with people who were unfamiliar using this software there weren't any issues or problems encountered while trying out parallelKsis! The support team can always be reached when needed which helps make sure all of your needs are addressed in an efficient manner without needing much involvement from you as well (even if they do have their own training section). I like the ability to create and edit documents in the cloud. I also like the ability to share documents with other users. I dislike that when I'm in the cloud, I can't see the desktop version of the document. It's very important to me to be able to edit documents from the desktop version.
