🎨 ColorBox Twist Chalk Queue 71709 Ink Pad Review

I ordered this to use for the fingerprint family tree (instead of the traditional guest book entry for my sister's reception) and it worked just as I did I was hoping for! The pads are the perfect size for thumbs and the ink dries very quickly! We didn't have any problems with streaks or smearing. All the colors complemented each other beautifully and everyone loved how their thumbprint looked on the canvas. Good product! I will definitely be ordering more color palettes for future use!

I have bought many of these pigment ink and chalk pads and LOVED them. Narrow edges make it easy to get into smaller spaces for specific paper crafts that you can use them with. However, this set was practically dry and I had no idea until the packaging ended up in the trash and I wanted to try it. SO. Careful, they were old! They tend to be a little pricey and you definitely want a ready-to-use kit. Otherwise, I would highly recommend - not just this color palette, but others as well.

I thought these ink pads were fine. I was very happy to find this color palette in chalk ink. I'm not too keen on the way they are packaged, in a tall stack where the lid is the bottom of the ink pad on top. One of the greens was quite dry when it arrived which was disappointing. I feel the color was very difficult to hit. They weren't as pigmented as dewdrop chalk memory ink. I was hoping to get a deal because they were significantly cheaper than memory ink. Not this case.
