this is my second pour, this strainer is good, paper filter is not needed, the strainer holes are thin so the coffee grounds never get into the coffee. the glass cup helped us a lot.

These blackheads cannot be washed off. They appear to be impurities in the glass. I hope they don't break the glass when hot water hits those potentially weak spots. After several test cycles it has not broken. hope it lasts I like the shape and the fact that the spout doesn't drip. However, blackheads still bother me. But the filter works great. The taste of the coffee is pure, not cloudy at all.

At 17 ounces I think this is a 2-3 cup coffee pot. It works very well and doesn't waste paper! Most days I just wash the filter. My video shows some water on the outside, which I think is because I didn't dry it properly after the first wash. I set up a 2 cup grinder and the coffee was perfect!
