Description of Comfort Fan Forced Ceiling Heater Controls

SPACE-SAVING DESIGN: The fan-forced heater is designed for ceiling mounting and hard-wired installation, which saves valuable floor space in a packed warehouse, garage or storage area. DURABLE STEEL CONSTRUCTION: The body of the commercial heater is crafted from heavy gauge steel, which stands up well to the temperature fluctuations in areas that are poorly insulated. TARGETED HEATING: Louvers and a variable mounting angle direct airflow where it is needed most, while the fan-forced design helps to distribute it throughout the room. CONVENIENT CONTROLS: The dual knob thermostat allows you to easily adjust the temperature to just the right level for your space and to turn the ceiling mount heater on and off quickly. SMART SAFETY FEATURES: A built-in sensor switches the device off automatically if it overheats, while a power indicator light ensures that you know when the unit is in use.

It's warm I'm happy

my husband bought it for his shop and installed it a few weeks ago. The weather has gotten a lot cooler here and he was just talking today about how much he likes this heater. If it's warm there, I'm happy about that too! :)

Pros
  • a handy item
Cons
  • hard to say

Cute little garage heater

Can't be beat for the price. Average noise, good durability. As with the 3 watt options, I usually keep them at 2 or 4000 watts. It provides convenience in my 2 car garage. I use it with a Honeywell wall thermostat.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • There are downsides

Some assembly required

Warms up well after troubleshooting. Manufacturers should be ashamed to ship a clearly dangerous product. The fan bracket and fan motor each hung from a loose screw. I don't understand the good reviews from others saying this is a great heater after problems have been fixed. A new heater should not require fixing.

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • Ok

Works as advertised, great price

I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but it was amazing! We have a fairly large 3 car garage and live in Colorado so our winters can be pretty harsh. This heater keeps our insulated garage at 65 degrees at 4000 watts. The 5000 watt unit is very warm and heats up our 85ft x 30ft garage in 30 minutes. This is a great product!

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Useless features

Great little heater.

Too bad I wouldn't have asked this kid a few years ago. It's 19 degrees outside and 724 square meters inside. Foot temperature is kept at 60 degrees. It works for about five minutes and turns off for about 5 minutes. The power setting is 4000 W. The installation went very well. My friend and I installed it in about 3 hours including wiring. Yes, if you are thinking of buying one of these devices, do yourself a favor and buy one today.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Not fantastic? on heating, cooling and air quality

i found the ratings on the quality of the fan installation too high. I was wrong! I unpacked the heater and found the fan was loose with just one screw. Further inspection revealed that the two screws holding the fan to the bracket were loose and backed out (couldn't be tightened). The missing bolt was at the bottom of the block. Washers have been added to the fan screws to secure the fan to the bracket. The fan blades were securely attached to the shaft. Once the fan was installed, the overall

Pros
  • nice thing
