i found the ratings on the quality of the fan installation too high. I was wrong! I unpacked the heater and found the fan was loose with just one screw. Further inspection revealed that the two screws holding the fan to the bracket were loose and backed out (couldn't be tightened). The missing bolt was at the bottom of the block. Washers have been added to the fan screws to secure the fan to the bracket. The fan blades were securely attached to the shaft. Once the fan was installed, the overall installation went well. The heating works. In the long run, hopefully the heater was assembled better than the fan. Shame about the comfort zone.
