🐱 Calming Comfort Zone Basic Multicat Refill - 6 Pack Review

Warning! This is not the same product as any other item on the market with similar packaging! We tried this product in our diffusers for an OTHER product and noticed an awful smell. I've been going back and forth with emails from ANOTHER company about why it smells so bad and we finally found out it's a different brand. And now I've passed the deadline to return it and I've lost $63!

I bought the starter kit in October and it worked wonders! Our cat has stopped peeing all over the house and one refill lasted a whole month. I received these 6 refills at the end of November exactly 1 month ago and 1 unit is not a week and it says there must be at least 1 month of each. The diffuser seems to have burned on the inside, and it only happened when I added those refills. And to make matters worse, my cat started peeing all over the place again. They changed the ingredients so there is no Feliway on the packaging. I've been using Feliway pheromones for years and have noticed that these replacement refills smell bad and turn brown/yellow which the old ones didn't. I also noticed there was more fighting between my cats so I contacted my vet. After some digging, this isn't Feliway. The CEVA brand still uses Feliway, but the pheromones are different.
