I don't want to rate them bad just because I didn't know how SMALL these guys are! I was looking for little hooks to attach a small ribbon to the curtains but oh my god they are small! I'm not sure what they could be used for - maybe hanging 'Happy Birthday' banners on the wall or something on thin threads? But I love command hooks. They don't always come out clean or easy, but they are great little hooks and I use them for a variety of things around the house.

I like that these hooks are small and unobtrusive. I installed some (not very heavy) lights (2nd photo) (after the Christmas holidays I realized I really like them glowing) two months ago using these hooks. I mainly use these clips for hanging Christmas decorations. I made a few for Halloween and Christmas in 2011 and left them in place year-round (including a few on my porch). Of the dozens and dozens I've used, I only had to replace a few in 2012. The rest was still strong enough to support the weight of the decorations. Works well enough: I bought these for the Christmas lights above my bed to light up as a headboard. A sticky clip fell off about a week after it was attached. Maybe I didn't clean the wall well enough, but it was ok, I just put another one in and the light was back in place. I think these clips are great for attaching small, light weight wall decorations like lanterns, ribbons and banners, but I would advise against buying anything heavier.
