I bought it a few weeks ago and finally got around to installing it yesterday. Installation was easy. After installation I did a test drive. It doesn't add any extra power, but you'll immediately notice that hitting the gas with any amount of force will get the car going much quicker than you'd normally expect. Really crazy how well this thing works. I've always been frustrated with my Q50's slowness from a standing start. Pedal Commander has breathed new life into the VQ37 and it's now a completely different machine. I can't even keep it on the highest setting because the throttle is so responsive it takes on a life of its own. Some say they wish it wasn't so expensive but I can confirm it's worth every penny.
