Works very well The 2018 JL Unlimited Rubicon Jeep 13 inch antenna sounds very clear in Texas!

Works great. I can't say anything about the stock antenna. Get unlimited Rubicon JL 2018. The 13 inch looks very nice on the back of a jeep. Screwed in so easily. I would say perfect fit. Very happy. Live in suburban Austin, Texas in the Round Rock area and clearly select all stations. Very impressive is the amount of quality you get for less than $20. the adapter between plastic and metal is made of carbon fiber. Wanted to point that out. It goes well with a black jeep but may not match otherโ€ฆ

I couldn't get it.

My only concern is that the pin is difficult to remove without removing it. Also, I no longer have to bang on the ceiling in garages and in my garage. I live in DC so this was a daily event. Also, I'm not cool enough to own a Raptor, but for a regular old F150, it's great. Update - 05.06.18. I did a test with this antenna compared to a standard antenna about 15 miles out of town, it picked up a total of 5 stations 15 miles out of downtown DC! Compared to about 20 for my standard antenna. Looksโ€ฆ

Reduced reception - but that's physics

Ordered after reading many reviews. I also knew what I was getting myself into with a shorter antenna. I needed a shorter antenna that wouldn't catch on low branches and bounce back against my windshield and Freedom fiberglass panels. Looks great. Great fit. Ease of installation. And I did notice a little audio glitching when listening to local stations, but I expected that. All of this affects wavelengths and reception angles / distances / signal strength. Short wavelength = shorter antennaโ€ฆ

Top quality, fitment and acceptance OEM

After reading the reviews of The Stubby and its many fake copies circulating on Revain with their significant reception and installation issues, I decided to give Rydonair a try. I am totally impressed with the intake, fit and durability of the product. The product does not whistle at high speeds like some of its competitors of similar length, it retains 90% of reception quality and distance both in the city and at a distance. for use in rural areas and it is closer to the body than my standard
