Can break easily in headsets and mics

So I used it for law enforcement. It worked fine until one of the pins attached to the radio broke. I will buy another. Not the best mic but I had the worst.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • High price

Doesn't work with Motorola XPR 7550, 6550 or 6350

Unfortunately the return window closed before I could test it on my radios. I have a Motorola XPR 7550, 6550 and 6350 and the speaker mic doesn't work on any of these radios.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Hard to say

Good price works like original brand

great price still works after rinsing with water because my lunch exploded in my bag. Still works the same, depending on what radio I plug in at work sometimes people can't hear me. Daily walkie-talkies are not an investment.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • thin

Portable AV Radio Accessory

First of all, it works great with my Motorola radio. The earpiece was a bonus. I wear a search and rescue bib. I carry her receiver on my shoulder and mostly use it as a speaker. What I don't like is that it's not waterproof. Next to. I like it.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Available in white only

Doesn't work on XPR7550

This item used to work fine, but now it doesn't. Nothing can be heard except a hum. I tried again and sent back the ones I got for a higher price but ended up having the same problem. If anything has changed I would suggest going back to how it was before because I've never had a problem in the last two years.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Vulgarity

A complete bunch of crap didn't work at all

Didn't work at all on multiple radios. Only positive was the knurled nut holding it to the radio, 100x better than the original plastic Motorola. The acoustic tube arrangement works very well when not connected to the included microphone. Transmission cannot be heard. Took it off then back on and it stayed in transmit mode before I pressed the button. 2 saved, everything else went in the trash.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some cons

Not what I expected.

I was expecting a notification button above the microphone. The size was smaller than expected. After only two weeks of use, I started having trouble with people hearing me. Then it got to the point where nobody could hear my transmissions. Considering the number of issues I had after purchasing the item and the overall quality and convenience, this product was a complete waste of my money and time. Now I have more money to spend. It would be nice if there were really clear visual images…

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Not Worth Your Time: Headsets and Mics

I was excited to finally get a handheld mic as I had hearing problems at work. This mic lasted me 5 days! On the second day problems with the radio started. When I spoke into the mic it seemed broken and people couldn't understand me and then it worked again and then it became unreadable again. On day 5 I found that I could no longer hear traffic on the radio. I contacted another officer and found I could send messages over the radio, but I couldn't hear anything. I removed the mic from the…
