Worked great on my 340 mopar edelbrock head.

I have a 340 Mopar. I set the spring height to 150 on the seat and 350 on the nose with a 540 hydraulic lift cam. No valve float. This is an aggressive spring for the average street engine. I twist it to 6. I would have preferred a beehive spring but couldn't find one that met my criteria for my setup.

Pros
  • Seat Pressure: 155 lbs. @ 1,850 inches, open pressure: 420 lbs. @ 1.250"
Cons
  • poorly thought out
