Great value for the price

I was very impressed by the detail that was given for the packaging. Very easy to install. Definitely would recommend this product

Shower head failed in less than one year. Don't waste your money on Cobbe products

brochure pictures ceiling mount, however, Cobbe provides no instructions for ceiling mount and do not respond to any inquiry. Rain shower head completely failed in less that 12 months. Seam failed on side of shower head, what now comes out seam and not nozzles. With virtually no customer support and product lasting less than one year, the product and company making it are both losers.

Waste of Money for my opinion

Please do not waste your money. We were redoing our bathroom, my wife had to have the large shower head , like it’s raining. We had it installed and couldn’t figure out why our pipes kept making noises. We had another plumber come over thinking maybe it was something defective. He said nope it’s the product, it’s garbage. He said stay with a name brand when dealing with stuff like this. We got a Moen and no problems. I had to throw the thing I bought away, out over 150.00. Lessen learned. I…

Nice modern look!: my feedback

Overall, the final product in our shower went well with our design and needs. We did have to request some new parts which was a little bit difficult to find. We are very satisfied with the end product with our bathroom renovation.

Check how to clean for hard water deposits.

Looks elegant and gives a spa feel. I had a plumber install it at the time of remodel, so I assume easy installation. Very pleased with this product.

Excellent quality in my review

Beautiful products that are super easy to install. Hot/cold job very smooth to operate. And the shower head truly feels like a waterfall! Highly recommended

Lots of water, not a lot of money.

Remodeled master bathroom with this shower fixture. I love how big the rain head is! It really gives out a lot of water. And the smaller shower head also works well for washing the dogs! Well made and although our plumber installed it, he said it was easy.

This is such a beautiful set. It went great with the decor. Easy to install and I heard the improvements have made it even better.

This is a very nice simple design that works well. The only caution is the installation depths for the shower head and hand held rough ins, those numbers are critical and there is little room for error.

Cobbe has excellent customer service

Cobbe has the best customer service. I had a little hiccup they corrected immediately. Love the huge shower head snd the powerful handheld.

Valve was making knocking noise

After the plumber installed the valve. It was making a knocking noise when ever you turn on and off the water May require frequent adjustments to stay in place.

Scratched shower head

I was really excited about this product but when I opened it, noticed a long scratch towards the edge of one of the sides, very disappointing. Paid $150 for a defective shower head!

We got this shower system when we renovated our bathroom, it has been great and we have no issues until now. It is stylish and also does the job for which we are extremely happy.

Beautiful! on my review.

So pretty! My contractor said it was a breeze to install! Haven’t been able to use it yet as our house was heavily damaged in hurricane Laura and is still being repaired. Can’t wait to try it out though!

Issues with the shower head

Very good looking product but less than a year the shower head leaks at the ball joint. No way to tighten. The shower head is the reason I bought this product. Do not see any product support offered.

Amazing value and quality

We absolutely love this shower system. We recently remodeled the master bath and installed this shower system. My wife and I love it. It looks and feels like a quality product. Be sure to read the install directions carefully for the plumbing behind the wall. definitely recommend it and the added handheld head too.

Packaging is outstanding!

Product arrived on time and I must say it was professionally packaged. My contractor had no problems installing the rough in valve and shower head and hand held. Looks great in our brand new shower!
