Replacement takes less than 10 minutes. I like that they have metal bars. The whole kit costs less than just the gaskets and springs at my local hardware store. After removing the old gaskets and springs, it became clear why my cold side was leaking. The last time they were changed someone flipped the pen. ******MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE SPRINGS WITH THE SMALLER SIDE UP******. Also remember to remove the protective plastic film from the bottom of the earbuds.

Great price and the valves appear to be the same quality as Delta parts but the holes on the bottom are positioned differently resulting in weird flow control . Maximum flow occurs when turned to about 75% of full stroke. Then the flow returns down. When the handles are turned to the maximum, the flow is reduced by about half. It's weird but bearable. I'll take more for the price. I would recommend always swapping hot and cold in pairs so they at least act weird on both sides.

I bought this kit from retail (DIY store) and it worked; but it was a terrible failure: (1) The blister pack was opened and the inner plastic bag was torn. Anyone who repackaged the blister packaging didn't even bother with new braces. (2) The seat flares were too wide and didn't match the faucet. Bought this kit to fix a leaking Delta Delex kitchen faucet. After installation, the faucet stopped flowing, but. a new leak came from the cold side handle. I swapped the stems and the leak went to the hot side handle. Rather than mess around with a refund, I contacted the seller, Jenco Wholesale Inc. I really only needed the wash kit but it was too cheap not to get the whole replacement kit. The grips are a bit smaller than the Delta originals, otherwise the fit and finish are really excellent. I originally wanted to replace the handles on my faucet but the process isn't as easy as they claim. Of course, if you only make faucets, a child can replace them. Simply unscrew the handles at the top, remove and screw on new ones. However, if you want to make a bottom compartment as well, things get a little trickier.
