I liked pretty much everything except for the fabric sleeve. I am not sure what to use this for since all the ends are sewn up.

Knife completely missing, one mat was damaged, 2 chopsticks wet by rain, poor packaging, left in torrential rain. Update: received replacement, everything as described. 3 stars given because of the hassle of not being able to gift the item on time and complete. Other than that, all good.

Some parts came broken, but the main parts such as the bamboo mats were perfect and worth the money. The bazooka thing was cracked on the hinges. Other than that, wonderful purchase!

This is so easy to use and wraps great sushi! Its fun to use and saves money by making your own instead of buying sushi! The kit may not include enough ingredients to make a wide range of sushi.

This is amazing and it works great. The best way to get a perfect roll is to pack it down really good after you add all of the ingredients and before you squeeze it out of the tube. We are now professional sushi roll makers. So many possibilities for fillings too. Cooked sweet potatoes are awesome as an addition.

There were no instructions for use. This is a gift for a 11 year old who loves sushi, however she has never made her own and would need information on how to use.

The knife is really nice. I was able to make sushi the first time, although it was a bit loose (I did not make sushi rice and used some leftover rice). Next time I will make the gooey sticky rice.

I must admit the knife is surprisingly higher quality than I expected for being included in a kit. I have never used a sushi bazooka nor a rolling mat before, but it was surprisingly easy to use after watching a youtube video. This is a great set for any beginner wanting to try out making sushi. I gifted this to my twin Nieces for their 16th bday, 3 weeks ago. They tried it same night for the family. They LOVED it. They had another on but said this one had more items in the set. Was very easy to use. They were dishing these out so fast, as if they had been doing it all their lives.
