It took a long time to receive. When I finally received it, the picture was only black and white. I think it's a PAL device. I live in the US so I have NES NTSC. The box says it supports NTSC and PAL, but even reading the manual doesn't help. There is a QC sticker on what should be a PAL/NTSC switch, but even after removing the sticker it's just a hole with nothing behind it. I bought two and both show the same behavior. Avoid!

Just received 2 of these. In the first, I connected the laptop's VGA output to the input and the LCD projector to the output. The image looked faint.
