They do what they are supposed to do and having a needle on the bottom was what I use the most, although I didn't think I would I would do that. The display is large, easy to read and quick to set up. A simple, no-frills tool that does what it's supposed to do.

I ordered 2 of these calipers and they are junk. One was dead on arrival. The display only gave out incomprehensible gibberish and wouldn't clear or turn off. They are advertised to make "breaks". You are not. Decided to return but Revain says return is not possible due to dangerous content! For real? Dangerous content? Of course I would like to know what the Revain advertisement says.

It's my own fault that I didn't look closely at the description, two decimal places on an inch scale are completely useless for me. I'll give them to Goodwill. However, they appear to be very well made. I've never seen a caliper without helpful permission. I am a retired engineer and I bought the first electronic caliper with capacitance scale. For the money they are good. But I can't imagine what they're useful for.
