I use them to control varicose veins (not swelling) and reduce swelling. They are comfortable even in summer! I'd rather be barefoot, but my doctor disagrees. They're affordable and they work! They are: 85% Nylon; 10% polyester; 5% copper fiber.

I run about 20 miles a week and regularly wear compression stockings to prevent injuries and reduce inflammation. I bought these because I needed a new set and they are fantastic! The patterns are awesome (cheetah, black and white, polka dots, etc.) and go with a lot of my running outfits, and more importantly, they feel great! I have size 8 (US) women's shoes, I bought sm/med and they fit me perfectly.

So they don't look like compression stockings. After I pulled a calf muscle and had to wear compression stockings for a few weeks, the doctor advised me to buy them at the pharmacy. I went to look at them and thought: Uh! I can't wear them, they're ugly 😂. The pharmacist then suggested I go online and find nice ones at half price. Thank God! I found them like this and received them within a day. They fit great, not too tight and very cute.

I have swelling right at the bottom of my leg because my legs are so bad. I get orthopedic insoles, but at the same time and even after I put orthopedic insoles on, the doctor recommended copper medical compression stockings. Love them! They fit the bottom of my knee perfectly, some of the others I ordered were about an inch below my knee. They feel great and I wear them all the time due to swelling from a recent bypass. Bought in both sizes for comparison. I have women's shoes in size 8-1/2. The smaller size fits but doesn't go up as high on the leg and the sock design is a little crooked down the shin when exercising and I have a larger calf muscle than usual. But they can still be worn and the feet and toes don't pinch too much. Now the larger size is much more comfortable and the design keeps its shape and the toes reach to the knees. Great socks! They are not as difficult to put on as regular lightweight compression stockings. The fit is great (I wear a size 9 ½ and I'm 180 pounds): it hits just below the knee without the fabric stretching excessively and feels comfortable all day; without slipping down. These compression stockings seemed like a good deal compared to more expensive items, but turned out to be a poor choice. The seams on the fingers are very rough, the compression on the fingers is too tight even though I went up a size, the compression on the ankle and calf is too weak, and the top seam is too tight.
