It does exactly what I expected it to do, which is to extend the bluetooth capabilities of my 14 year old non-bluetooth car stereo. The only disappointment is that you can't charge and play at the same time. When I plug it into one of the outlets, it charges fully within an hour and lasts about a week before I need to charge it again. If you don't mind the constant charging then I definitely recommend this product to you. In general it is a quality product.
