I'm not a fan of this hair dryer. Other reviewers are right when they say the key layout will drive you crazy. The dryer itself is a lot heavier than any hair dryer I've owned before and combined with the position of the knobs makes it very uncomfortable to hold while drying my hair. This time I took Asurion's extended warranty on this product but it stopped working before the first year and was still under manufacturer warranty. I thought I was pretty well covered but for a replacement Conair requires you to ship the dryer to Arizona (for the inevitable $13-$14 value via USPS - easiest for me - east coast) - then $7 Dollar.
