Everything ok. It does the job of drying hair but is too heavy for my personal taste and family use. This is a big, long heating nozzle and even longer if you add extensions. I suspect high quality inside which could be the reason for the weight. Let's hope that this is the case and in this way it will serve the owner for a long time. I love this hair dryer. It's easy to use, very powerful. I love multiple attachments. I use it for me and my daughter. I recommend this for all hair types.

I like the look. I like the cold air setting. The comb attachment kept falling off, and due to the position of the button, I kept accidentally turning the dryer off during use. Would probably work well when used on someone with tousled hair. I'm keeping it anyway, otherwise it worked well and was a good price.

This is a well built and solid dryer. The nozzles supplied are of good quality and remain on the unit when in use. Look for the second hub under the tray in the box (very odd place to put it - I thought it was an accident until I read the product description and realized it was supposed to be in the box).
