After enjoying their 20 oz water bottle, I gave the mug a try. but was disappointed. It's not dishwasher safe, and cleaning instructions make it anything but convenient. While it insulates well, the cap is a very snug fit to be removed slowly to avoid a spill. The cup diameter is larger than most beverage cups, so the flow into your mouth is on a wider path. These mugs are terrific and great for use at home. For on-the-go use, I prefer tumblers, but these insulated mugs are better at home, except for the handle, which is kind of uncomfortable to hold.The lid works well and is dishwasher safe, as is the mug itself. The bottom has a silicone base, so it stays put and doesn't scratch up the surface it's placed on. The thermal capabilities are pretty good. I didn't like the handle at first. It annoyed me.They have grown on me though. This is one of my go-to cups now. It's only a couple months in, but they seem to be holding up well so far.
