Surprisingly shallow tread, but otherwise the tire feels quite powerful. Maybe the touch is heavy. Decent lug resistance so far - I haven't picked up lugs since I placed one of them in the back while the front (the other tire) picked up three. The tread compound feels relatively stiff - it's fairly easy to lock up the rear end and slide even on a warm day on dry asphalt. However, at least as a rear tire, its behavior seems predictable. I find these tires a good compromise for my modified mountain bike on road (which I ride 90% of the time), some hard trails and the occasional jump on grass medium . Good grip on all these surfaces. The only drawback: the delivery took a few weeks. But considering I'm based in the US and (I think) the seller is in Amsterdam it doesn't matter and the seller had the best price.
