Contour guides are great tools to always have in your toolbox. I bought one from Home Depot with metal teeth which is great for showing detail but being metal it can scratch the surface of what you are contouring and the metal bars are very thin and easy to bend. When the pattern is locked it compresses the plastic and changes the profile. This absolutely defies the purpose of the contour sensor. I really want to like it as it seems like a good product at a good price but basic functionality is just missing.
