Expensive, convenient, autonomous, professional treatment. They have a slight medicinal odor that dissipates quickly. As for acids, this is an interesting combination of mandelic, lactic and salicylic acids. My otherwise dry skin does not like strong acids. Lactic acid is the mildest of the three, followed by madelinic acid and then salicylic acid. These are not Stridex pads (just salicylic acid).
