Same as our Vizio TV, no programming required

Our dog was using our original TV remote as a chew toy and we had to find a replacement. Great price for a remote control from the same original manufacturer, no programming required. Added batteries and used as usual to ensure our dog doesn't try to eat them again.

Still going strong.

I bought this Visio remote which came with a simpler remote setup and they sent people new ones but as usual mine didn't fit. It has worked flawlessly since the day it was delivered and I would buy it again. The quality seems good and it's over a year old. I highly recommend.

What should be included when buying Vizio TV.

Instead of the basic remote control that comes with the TV. This makes accessing the various apps on the TV much easier. I gave 4 stars because it's difficult to take it off to change the batteries. Instead of removing the entire back panel, all you have to do is open a small door. Although of course it's a lot.

Excellent replacement

The "Right Arrow" button on the remote control that came with my Vizio TV no longer works. It was the perfect replacement and I love that it has a Netflix shortcut button. It's very responsive, instantly displaying the black and red logo on screen instead of having to change the TV's input and scroll through the app as usual. I was a little concerned that I would have to set up the remote or connect it to the TV somehow, but it worked right away. I liked it so much that I bought another one inโ€ฆ

The remote control works but VIZIO is a very poor product. Save money and buy something else.

Good value for money. VIZIO should include this remote control with their TV. But I found that VIZIO is not a very good company at all. I have a 65E series Smart TV and VIZIO is doing these updates without your knowledge or permission. Well, one of their "updates" completely messed up my Smartcast on my TV. Their tech support if you can get english one is terrible. They cannot solve the problem they created. VIZIO ripped off my family and I will NEVER recommend their product to anyone. Isโ€ฆ

Ideal! Exactly what I needed.

I bought a new Vizio TV (d50x-g9) and unfortunately there is no HULU shortcut button on the remote control. Of course, it has a lot of useless buttons like iHeart Radio, XUMO, VUDU. It would be nice if you could customize the buttons as everyone has their own preferences. This remote is exactly the same as my TV except it has a HULU button. This is a real Vizio remote so no programming is required. Just insert the batteries, point them at the TV and click. It's actually nice to have an extraโ€ฆ
