Is working! Power and data

EDIT: I've added 2 pics, 480 is my baseline and 94 is very impressive with this adapter using a 3ft BNC cable for testing! Is working! I ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶t̶e̶s̶t̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶p̶e̶d̶d̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶a̶ ̶c̶o̶m̶p̶u̶t̶e̶ yepress but almost. But for many people, myself included, premium shipping is worth a few bucks more.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons

Tested and works great!

I first ordered a box of 1000ft of underground cable and tested them at home by connecting them to a coil as shown in their video. It didn't work so I contacted seller support who was very helpful and quick in their response. I checked my cable from each end and this is where I found my problem. it tested 1048 feet from one end, but the other end tested 4 feet. As soon as I cut a few yards it started working right away. I tested 93 Mbps over the line at 1044 feet. Ideal! Testing can be faster…

Will not work with 280ft cables

I bought 3 of these cables and tried them on 3 existing Siamese RG-59 cables, 280ft each and none of them connected successfully! I then tried using power cords on siamese lines with BNC baluns enabled and they didn't work either! For the record, the 3 existing cables worked fine with analog cameras, but I had to upgrade them to POE and they didn't do the job, so after a few hours of wasted time I had to run new lines to try and get them working. I tested them all on a 30ft patch cord and they…

Worked with a locally operated PTZ camera

Bought a Linovision unit to replace a broken 4 year old EOC product that was discontinued. The camera is a large PTZ camera which I powered from the camera side with a 12V power supply. I had to change the camera profile from NETIP to ONVIF in the NVR settings for it to recognize the camera. I have already ordered a second Linovision EOC. to connect a regular IP camera via a coaxial cable. Note that the 2 supplied BNC connectors are 2-wire BNC connectors. You need to buy 2 BNC to F jack…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Does the job it was designed to do

Thanks to previous homeowners, my house has coax cables *everywhere*: bedroom, bathroom, solarium, fireplace. Of course the cables have to be stapled because I can't use the existing runs to bring out the new Ethernet. Well, we were fed up with our consumer Wi-Fi router, so I opted for a more robust system (Ubiquiti UniFi, which I know from work, but that's not what I'm reviewing here) and got this one more PoE-compatible coax adapter. to get to the other end of the house to get a proper Wi-Fi…

Pros
  • Still like everyone
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Works remotely, no multicast

I use these EOC adapters to connect a low power Wi-Fi access point and a HomeKit gate controller to the end of an 1800ft RG11 -Connect the coaxial cable that runs from the house to the gate. I have a PoE switch but I bought a Linovision 30W PoE injector to get the most performance out of the cable. You need to add BNC connectors to the coax cable, which can be a problem. However, once everything is connected, the network functions work, PoE works, so for basic network connectivity it's a great…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Almost everything is included
