The first item delivered was missing a part (the food delivery handle). The item was returned and another one sent in its place. The second was missing 2 parts (lid and handles for serving food).

I was worried it wouldn't be airtight but it really is amazing! I will order more for my pantry. you are so big They hold more than a cereal box for the whole family. I was shocked I could probably hold two.

As seen in the photo. It wasn't even in the sealed box. The box is creased on one side. The transparent part inside is torn. The parts on the bottom look dirty and dirty. There was a feeling of dust. I will come back for a full refund. It wasn't worth what I had to pay for it.

I bought this to give my daughter a little more freedom and mobility when having breakfast, but after two months I finally gave up and threw it away. We only kept a few flakes in so it wouldn't clog or get stuck, but it happened every day. After trying to assemble it after cleaning, the plastic cracked badly. The idea was great, but the implementation didn't suit us.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I hoped this would help my little one become independent pouring her own food. Unfortunately, the device lacks portion control and has a very wide dosage range, so most of my child's bowls aren't wide enough and the cereal often spills onto the floor. For adults I would say this is a good buy. Looks good and holds a whole normal pack of muesli.
