Amazing it works for Volvo!

This also works fine on my 05 Volvo S60 2.4 non-turbo coolant temp sensor. Not sure if all s60's have it this year but I'm working on engine code B5244S, couldn't find a cheap replacement before, here's a 269 motorsport

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Lots of things

The correction paid off.

The coolant temperature sensor is a thermistor with a resistance range of 4.6 kΩ (cold) to 300 Ω (hot). Apparently the old plug went bad for a while because my mileage went from 19.5mpg to 21.5mpg after replacing it, meaning the computer is using it for more than just the thermostat.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Fits like OEM for coolant temp

Exactly what I needed. Went like clockwork. I wish it was an inch or two longer for my specific location, but it connected well and solved my problem. Recommend splice butt connectors and heat shrink tubing to protect the splice. Wrapped back in the loom and back on the road. 2005 Toyota Corolla

3VZE direct fit

I broke the coolant temperature sensor on my 1990 Toyota 4runner 3.0 liter engine. I purchased a replacement sensor (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor to fit 89422-20010 from DOICOO supplied by Revain) for the defective part. Before installing it, I checked that the new sensor would fit the wiring harness (which it did) and decided the wires at the wiring harness junction were too fragile to be trusted. Which brings us to the part in question. This pigtail is perfect for the new sensor and also
