I bought it for my father so that the heat doesn't bother him so much when mowing in the summer. He tried it several times and noticed no difference. I wish I could save my money.

Used once. Dampen it with water, put it on, and then put on a riding helmet. Even before I got into the arena to ride, the cooling pad, although wet, was the same temperature as my head, so it offered no relief.

I wear wigs and in the summer it will be hot and muggy! These inserts are the answer for people who also wear wigs. They're so easy to use, they don't leak and every time you feel like some cool water, just squeeze your head and you'll be refreshed!

I was looking for a way to stay cool while riding my motorcycle in the southwestern desert. It doesn't really help - in fact it effectively blocks the small flow of air that might otherwise be in the helmet. Probably works better in bike helmets with more vents.
