An empty package arrived at the post office! Literally NOTHING! But they took money from me! I'm only giving 1 star because I can't put a zero

Non-durable Base Collar Material

One had a hole in the material causing the balls to fall out. and the other had a hole after one use. The idea is great, but more durable material is needed.

Not cold: dogs

Unfortunately the water ball material has started to ooze out of the bandana. I'm very disappointed because although easy to use, it didn't stay cold, the bandana stayed snug, but that's about it.
