Great quality in the kitchen and dining area

Two batches of cupcakes separated easily with a light spray from Pam and then wiped away. When baking, the heat is evenly distributed.

The copper chef is great.

I love Cooper Chef products but like everything else they end up being replaced every week after use. I love this new version with longer sides for better support. Easy to clean, when it starts to stick it's time to replace.

What I needed is in a bakeware

I was looking for a pan to model Yorkshires to keep them from sticking. This skillet does its job and the Yorkshires just pop out. Actually I bought two of them. I wish I could find one not so deep, more like a plate as Yorkies are more like cupcakes but taste great. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't so deep.
