much easier to bend and bend compared to steel tubing

I will be using this brake hose to replace rusted brake lines in the spring but the hose bends easily and doubles up, although I use a pipe bender you most likely can bend this by hand if you are careful.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Low repairability

Great value and easy to work with

Cupronickel was recommended as a replacement for steel fuel lines so I decided to give it a try and it worked great. When used correctly with the right compression fittings there should be no leaks and unlike steel pipe you don't have to worry about rusting over time.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

A very good quality! This material is very easy to process.

Very good quality! Extremely easy to work with, this material will stretch and flex. Would definitely buy again, just hope I don't have to. Replacing the rear brake hose on a Dodge 2500 is a pain in the ass. But if I had to do it again, I would take this tube.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Ads are correct for spares

I am in my 3rd year now, no leaks, no rust on the lines. I rerouted my lines. I used a snap tool. Bend everything by hand. I had to tighten the nuts 5 times in 3 days to allow the new flares to "settle in" but I've heard that's to be expected: don't over-tighten! Just check for leaks every few days until they settle down. Same idea as installing a new cylinder head gasket.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Nothing here

Good product! in brake lines

This is a great product that will give you the life of the vehicle you use it in. And it's easy to flare and bend. If I were to replace all of the brake lines on a medium duty truck it would cost over a thousand dollars (using factory bent steel lines). I made it myself using 50 feet of this cupro-nickel tubing, a couple dozen fittings, and some braided stainless steel tubing with a couple of $150 fittings.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • crumpled

Much lighter than steel!

I used to just use steel wire and it works great, but this material changed the game for me. I routed the line in a very tight spot and the fine adjustment I had to make when the line was almost in place would not have been possible with a steel line. bend. Even my little bender could bend it. It is not difficult to bend it with a little care, even tight. Spend your extra Denero on copper!

Pros
  • change price

It is very easy to work with - will leak over time

Bought this line to fill my need for a water connection for an evaporative cooler used for my wife's chicken coop here at 115 plus Las Vegas during the summer was used . I've worked with this line for the past few years, but I remembered that it was a little easier to twist when unrolled or bent compared to this line. I believe this may be due to the thinner wall diameter of this product. Wrapped in 1/2 EMT for multiple protection purposes. Cheaper than hardware stores. Over time, this line…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged
