This product is very hot. If you use this device without clamps, you can't keep using it on your skin because it will burn. I would say that this product is not safe. I can't return it because I threw away the packaging. I didn't think I had to send it back. In addition, the return costs are not worth it. Additional note, the packaging was lazy. That wasn't in the plastic case. It was in a plastic bin at a bar, tossed like toys in a toy box. The packaging didn't look like new.

I like that the clippers are cordless and the charge lasts a while. The only problem I have with it is that it's heavier, the guards don't quite fit right. It felt like I was pulling my husband's hair instead of cutting it. When the clippers were without a guard, they actually cut my husband's and mother-in-law's skin, and I was very careful for fear of hurting them. They said the clippers just seem sharp from all angles. I've been cutting their hair for years and have never owned clippers.

I was tired of waiting for the Wahl cordless model so I finally made up my mind and bought this hair clipper. I hate that ridiculous log design/wrapper. I was hoping it would be a sticker that I could peel off. No, that is not so. This is part of the plastic case. Otherwise I'm really excited! I have pretty thick hair but this machine pulled through. Haptics and function have convinced me. Didn't feel cheap at all - except maybe the combs/guides. They didn't cause any problems and will probably
