I received this item on 9th June 2021, it is now 23rd August and it has stopped working. Thought I had to charge. Charged, all lights are on. However, the engine does not work. I don't know if I'll get it back or not. I will not buy again.

I bought these Melophy dental floss as a gift for my elderly father (his dentist advised him to take care of his teeth and gums). I had my doubts that my dad would understand how to use them, but the large blue light base on the mount helps! It's easy to charge and the cordless idea works great with no snagging on the cord! The water flow comes with a slight pulsation and massages the gums.I hope my father will continue to use this irrigator forever; ) no, only when I'm with him ;)))))

Unit cleans well. Unfortunately it is leaking. As long as you brush your teeth while leaning over the sink, everything works beautifully.

Very disappointed that this product only lasted 3 months. It was great overall and worked well until it stopped shooting water. Too bad I want to buy another one, not sure if I can get a replacement under warranty.

Love it there are two bridges and this product fits! Even my dentist was happy after the visit, there are no signs of eating! Good product.

I like the Librex brand more. It wasn't available. The upper unit tool holder rotates too easily, the base leaks, and the button layout results in unwanted operation. Dissatisfied with this product.

Good size with multiple pulse strength options. It's rechargeable. I usually get almost 2 weeks off charging. Comes with a carry bag, very convenient. Much better (in my opinion) than those large countertops.

I love this cordless floss! It really gets the job done and in less time than real filament. I love that it's cordless, so like a toothbrush but more for flossing. I've never flossed before because I was too lazy to floss that much time, but with this one I floss every night and my dentist can tell! Happy with this product.

I love this irrigator. I am 1 week post wisdom tooth extraction and I am concerned about the cleanliness of my mouth. I flossed, brushed my teeth twice and rinsed with warm salt water. I floss my teeth and food particles get washed out, I was surprised because I thought I did a good job flossing. I started with low temp and warm water because I have sensitive gums.

I received this irrigator to replace my old one. This was my first time buying a cordless floss so I was a little worried about the performance/battery life. Overall I am very happy with this irrigator. It's relatively quiet compared to other irrigators I've tried. It's also pretty powerful. The water compartment is just the right size to hold the entire time I'm flossing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this floss to anyone.
