Fun and functional corkcicle!

Just bought two as gifts! I got one last year and really enjoyed the product. Perfectly chills white wines and is great for pouring/airing each portion.

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Little things

Love it! makes a great gift too

If you know someone who drinks white wine this makes a great gift for a hostess instead of a regular bottle of wine - I've given so many and they all love it - love it mine as well! I don't understand why different colors mean different prices, it seems strange, cork is the cheapest and in my opinion the most beautiful.

Pros
  • Same as all before
Cons
  • No paint needed

Does not meet Corkcicle standards

I am a huge fan of Corkcicle but this product does not live up to the high standards of their other products. At first I was impressed because it worked as promised. After a week, the wine runs into the liquid in the jar, which freezes. I assume bleeding is a two-way phenomenon and I don't want to drink contaminated wine. I threw it away, disappointed that I wasted $25 and Corkcicle let me down!

Once upon a time great.

So I had the original without the air circulator and it was great. I saw this at a liquor store for about $40 and wanted to pay the price but didn't. I found it on Amazon (in store) and ordered it immediately. Worked great except the cork top broke off which made me sad as I really enjoyed using it. I've gotten lots of compliments on it when I've had friends (which is often the case) and they ordered one while we drank wine. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen anymore because missing a cork just

Disappointed with the quality

Shame as I like the corkcicle idea. However, it doesn't last long and it's very expensive to replace twice a year at almost $40. The piece of cork will fall apart within a few weeks and I don't think you can use regular glue to make it work. I bought the first in 2019 and the other in mid 2020 and both have come loose from the cork piece and it just doesn't work properly as both cork pieces keep falling off. It's easier to go back to the sterling silver wand and aerator all in one for just $12!

Pros
  • Solid build
Cons
  • Damaged

Corkcicle makes wine

Received a Corkcicle as a gift over a year ago. I wasn't too impressed with the looks so I put it on the shelf - too old. Tried it once, WOW, couldn't believe the difference in taste in my reds. As a result, mediocre red wines tasted almost as good as excellent red wines. Then problems began, the freezing core began to turn pink. I called the company about health issues. The first response was everything is fine and the second response was I will send you a replacement without whining on my…

That's easy. good in wine stopper

We bought this to replace the original stopper that we lost. This version pales in comparison to the original. "Aerator 4-1" is just a marketing ploy. Pouring wine through a cork is a trick. Remove the entire cork from the bottle, fill the glass(s) and reinsert the cork. Think of those blue cooler bags you use in lunch boxes or fridges, but only for wine. This is a great gift and it really works for a while. Ours broke in the fridge. Bought in July. Break in November.* This will keep your…
