The best thing about this service is that they have been with us from day one when we started working in healthcare facilities! They are always available for questions/concerns which helps so much during busy days at work. Sometimes it takes them awhile before getting back to you if there has been an issue but I don't think its because their not trying to get things done right away as well sometimes it may be due to time constraints.
